Joined by the co-head of public policy for LSTA, Rich will discuss decisions on the dissenting bondholder rights (Cleveland Unlimited), critical vendors (Windstream), cram down (Murray Coal and Green Pharms.), settlement payment safe harbor (Greektown Holdings), and lawyer employment and compensation (Stewart and Miller). The webinar will be held from 4 pm to 5 pm Eastern. Mr. Levin is co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department. An author of the 1978 US Bankruptcy Code, he is recognized internationally as one of the foremost restructuring, bankruptcy, and creditor-debtor rights lawyers handling complex bankruptcy transaction, litigation, and special situation matters.
