On July 14, Partners Douglas Litvack and Christopher Abbott, Associate Elena Olivieri, and Summer Associate Adam Henderson will join the American Bar Association for a program on recent antitrust developments. The webinar will focus on Q2 2022 activity in the health care and pharmaceuticals sectors. Register for the webinar here. Mr. Litvack is co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Law Practice. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust litigation and appeals as well as companies involved in government investigations. Mr. Litvack also advises clients on the antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures A former lawyer in the Mergers IV Division of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, Mr. Abbott provides best-in-class advice to corporate clients engaged in high-stakes transactions, antitrust class actions, and civil and criminal conduct investigations. His experience across all aspects of antitrust law allows him to see around corners, and his practical approach enables him to distill complex issues into actionable business advice. Ms. Olivieri is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Olivieri helps clients navigate complex antitrust matters, and her experience includes litigating allegations of wrongful and anticompetitive conduct in a variety of markets.
