Partner Lauren Hartz Participated in 2025 Annual NASPA Conference

Co-Chair of the Jenner & Block’s Education Practice Lauren Hartz participated in the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators’ (NASPA) Annual Conference held March 15-19. In her presentation, Lauren spoke to student affairs professionals on issues to consider in the current legal climate. 

NASPA is the leading association for the advancement, health, and sustainability of the student affairs profession. A member-centered association, NASPA supports a network of 15,000 professionals and 1,200 institutions across the globe. 

As Co-Chair of the firm’s Education Practice and Organizational Values and Strategy Task Force, educational institutions, foundations, and companies seek Lauren’s counsel to solve their most complex challenges. A skilled litigator, Lauren has experience at all stages of litigation and arbitration and has defended wins before the federal courts of appeals and the US Supreme Court. Before joining the firm, Lauren worked in a civil rights enforcement role at the Justice Department, at a plaintiff-side firm, and for multiple non-profits and legal aid organizations.
