She recently achieved a landmark victory in a major international trade secrets and unfair competition case resulting in a federal jury verdict of ~$114 million and an extensive injunction; this matter is in the Supreme Court currently. She has a long track record of litigating significant trade secrets cases, including PepsiCo, Inc. v. Redmond, the seminal Seventh Circuit inevitable disclosure case. Debbie is a recognized thought leader on the changing landscape of restrictive covenant, including as the founding author of the firm’s trade secrets practice guide.
