On June 11, Jenner & Block Partner Gail H. Morse will speak on a panel about how employees are increasingly looking to company leadership to implement the use of pronouns within the workplace. This simple change in policy can increase employee morale and create a safe space for those who identify as non-binary or trans. Ms. Morse will be joined by Jane Barry-Moran, Manager of Partnerships + Programs at Out Leadership, which is hosting the panel during its Proudly Resilient conference. “How Implementing Pronouns within the Workplace Can Help to Extend Support Past Pride Season” will be held from 12 to 1 pm Eastern. To learn more and register, please click here. Ms. Morse is co-chair emeritus of the firm’s LGTBQ Forum. Among other roles in the community, she serves as secretary of the board of Lambda Legal. In 2015, Ms. Morse was inducted into the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame for being a long-time advocate of and advancing LGBTQ awareness and civil rights.
