“Federal Regulatory Update,” 20th Annual Renewable Energy Law Institute
Partner Suedeen Kelly will speak at the 20th Annual Renewable Energy Law Institute hosted by UT Law CTE on February 4.
The panel will review what changes may be in store for generator interconnection reforms, greenhouse gas limits, public lands, and transmission planning, permitting, and cost allocation. Panelists will also discuss the perspective the incoming Administration will have on “the clean energy transition.”
Suedeen and her co-panelist, Richard Glick, of GQ New Energy Strategies, were both former commissioners with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
As Co-Chair of the Energy Practice, Suedeen represents a variety of clients in the electric and natural gas industries on business, regulatory, litigation, enforcement, and policy matters.
