Session 7 – US Supreme Court Term in Review

The CLE will discuss recent developments at the Court, including Justice Jackson’s first Term, the fall-out from key decisions of last term, and recent high-profile discussion of the Court in the media and in Congress. The panel will also discuss prominent cases from the current term, including cases addressing college admissions, elections, religion, internet regulation, and trademark.
