Jenner & Block Special Counsel Tatjana Vujic will lead a discussion about Energy, Agricultural and Land-Related Climate Solutions as part of a lunchtime workshop on the emerging agriculture-based carbon and renewable markets and the opportunities they present for farmers, ranchers and rural landowners. Ms. Vujic and other panelists will explore incentives and policies to promote on-farm renewable energy-generation options like methane digesters for renewable natural gas production and agrivoltaics, which combine solar panels with crops or livestock on the same land. Ms. Vujic is a member of the firm’s Energy Practice, where she focuses on issues related to climate solutions and the energy transition. She has experience in renewable natural gas development and policy, natural climate solutions, agriculture, carbon offsetting and other market-based mechanisms to reduce or zero-out organizations’ greenhouse gas emissions.
