JENNER.COM: 6TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON ANTI-CORRUPTION NORDICS On January 29, Jenner & Block Partner Peter B. Pope will join business and compliance industry leaders to present at the 6th Annual Conference on Anti-Corruption Nordics. The conference will focus on critical issues affecting business, including anticorruption and sustainability; defending your compliance programme to the agencies; and internal control systems. Paul is moderating a panel discussion on “Evaluating and Defending Corporate Compliance Programme to the Agencies Post-DOJ Guidance.” Peter will present on "The SFO Going Forward: International Cooperation and What the SFO is Looking for/Expects from the Outside World." The two-day conference is being held in Oslo, Norway. Mr. Feldberg is a partner in the Investigations Compliance Defense Practice in the London office. His practice focuses on advising and defending companies and individuals in matters relating to criminal fraud, corruption, money laundering, sanctions, insider trading and other regulatory actions. Mr. Pope is a partner in the Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice. His practice focuses insider trading, high-profile government corruption cases, tax crimes, health care fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Actissues and theft of intellectual property. Mr. Pope recently returned to the firm from a secondment to the UK Serious Fraud Office, where he served as international liaison and investigations advisor.
