In addition, she represents clients in media and entertainment and business disputes.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, she worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Dominic W. Lanza of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

- Defeated class certification in a putative class action against a major food and beverage company challenging client’s use of nutrient content claims on products allegedly intended for children under two.
- Succeeded in striking class allegations in an insurance subrogation matter against automotive companies.
- Secured a permanent injunction and a $51.6 million judgment in favor of a group of major motion picture studios in a copyright infringement suit involving the unlawful IPTV piracy service Nitro TV.
- Secured the dismissal (and Ninth Circuit affirmance) of a putative class action challenging alleged misrepresentations regarding the source of bottled water.
- Secured the dismissal of a putative class action challenging the representation of shortbread cookies as “shortbread” due to the absence of butter and presence of vegetable fats.
- Secured the dismissal of a putative class action alleging that a laundry sanitizer misleadingly claimed to “Kill 99.9% of Germs on Laundry.”
