He previously clerked for the Honorable Stephanie Dawkins Davis of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Arenda L. Wright Allen of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Raymond received his JD from Harvard Law School, where he served on the Executive Board of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and as an editor for the Harvard Law & Policy Review (HLPR).
