Daniel I. Weiner is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Department.  He is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Weiner spent a year as an associate in the litigation department at Ropes & Gray in Boston.

Mr. Weiner graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 2001, receiving an A.B. in History with Honors.  He was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  In 2005 he received his J.D. cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an executive editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and co-articles editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender.  After law school, Mr. Weiner clerked for the Honorable Diana E. Murphy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Weiner is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, New York, Massachusetts (inactive) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
