Richard P. Campbell is a litigator who has represented clients in some of the most significant antitrust cases of the past 40 years. Highly experienced in state and federal trial and appellate courts, he has won major victories for plaintiffs in legal malpractice, employment discrimination, securities, land subsidence, mechanics’ lien, construction litigation, constitutional, and landfill construction actions. He has also prosecuted and defended numerous bankruptcy adversary actions and is currently defending the nation’s largest institutional pharmacy in a qui tam False Claims Act matter.
Mr. Campbell is Of Counsel in Jenner & Block’s Litigation Department and a member of the Firm’s Antitrust Litigation and Labor Employment Practices.
