Jeremy A. Casper is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department.  He joined the Firm in 2010 and has participated in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and corporate finance.

Mr. Casper graduated from Bowdoin College magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and Economics.  He obtained his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2010, graduating with High Distinction and Order of the Coif.

While attending law school, Mr. Casper interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa.
