As former Chair of the firm’s Content, Media, and Entertainment Practice, David has represented numerous well known media clients, including national television broadcast networks, local television and radio broadcasters, newspaper, magazine and book publishers, and website operators. He has litigated countless high-profile matters for these clients and provided non-litigation counsel on a wide variety of media law issues, such as libel, privacy, newsgathering, subpoenas, copyright, and other issues that impact their business activities.
