Media and First Amendment Experience
Jared O. Freedman graduated from Harvard College, magna cum laude, in 1991, and from Yale Law School in 1997. His recent work in the area of media and First Amendment law has included drafting an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court on the constitutionality of federal legislation regulating speech on the World Wide Web, and defending a medical association in a defamation suit arising out of an article published in the association’s journal.
