Occupational Safety and Health Experience

James A. Vroman graduated from the University of Illinois magna cum laude in 1977, and since 1986 has concentrated his practice in environmental law, focusing on environmental litigation, environmental compliance counseling, and toxic tort defense.

His recent work includes the representation and counseling of the firm’s clients who have received Notices of Violation from the Occupational Safety and Health Agency for alleged compliance violations relating to asbestos abatement work and safety-related procedures, such as Lock-Out-Tag-Out and confined space entry. He has also conducted OSHA compliance audits.
