Carletta F. Higginson is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. She is a member of the Creative Content Practice. Ms. Higginson focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes in music, music publishing and artist/management disputes.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Higginson was an associate at Pryor Cashman Sherman & Flynn LLP, where she worked on matters involving intellectual property disputes in music and film, music publishing and artist/management disputes, as well as general commercial litigation matters. Before that, Ms. Higginson was an associate at Jenkens & Gilchrist Parker Chapin LLP.
Ms. Higginson received a B.A. from New York University in 1999 and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2003.
Ms. Higginson is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
