Vito M. Pacione concentrates his practice in real estate.  Clients seek his counsel on the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of multi-million dollar commercial and multi-family housing developments throughout the country.  He routinely negotiates purchase and sale agreements, easements, development agreements and partnership and limited liability company arrangements for real estate projects.

In addition, Mr. Pacione counsels institutional landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of variety of leases involving office, retail, industrial and airport hanger properties. He also represents borrowers in connection with large commercial construction and conventional financing transactions.

Mr. Pacione has substantial experience in the structuring of like-kind exchanges under Section 1031 of the IRS Code. He also routinely prepares private placement memorandums for retail shopping centers and multi-family housing developments in connection with real estate securities offerings.

Mr. Pacione is Of Counsel and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Real Estate Securities Practices.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
