Mr. Siros’ recent representations include:

• Served as lead environmental counsel to General Dynamics Corporation in a multi-plaintiff personal injury toxic tort proceeding arising out of historical operations in Florida.
   
• Served as lead environmental counsel to Kraft Foods Global, Inc. in a class action property damage toxic tort proceeding arising out of a capacitor manufacturing operation in Indiana.
   
• Represented The Dow Chemical Company in a CERCLA-cost recovery action brought by the New York State Attorney General alleging “arranger” liability arising out of the sale of perchlorethylene to a bulk distributor.
   
• Represented several Fortune 100 companies in CERCLA allocation proceedings relating to historical operations at former defense facilities.
   
• Defended Proposition 65 allegations against Fortune 100 company.
   
• Defense of state enforcement proceedings and personal injury claims arising out of alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act.
