Roxana A. Davis is an associate in the Corporate Department.  She was part of the transactional team that represented General Dynamics Corporation in connection with the acquisition of Vangent, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare information-technology and business systems to federal agencies, in a cash transaction valued at approximately $960 million.

Ms. Davis earned her first law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, the nation’s No. 1 university, in 2004. She received the Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity Fellowship (ICLEO), a multi-year award granted by the Indiana Supreme Court to incoming law students, in 2007.  Ms. Davis obtained her second law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2010, where she was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society and served as a Legal Writing Tutor for first-year students.

Roxana is admitted to practice law in Peru and in the state of Illinois. She is fluent in Spanish.
