Marc A. Van Allen is a litigator.  Businesses turn to him for help with disputes over corporate transactions, partnerships, joint ventures, licenses, and contracts.  He has litigated jury and bench trials, represented clients in arbitrations, and argued appeals.

Mr. Van Allen has represented defense contractors in cases before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Mr. Van Allen has represented clients in bid protests before the United States Government Accountability Office.  In connection with M&A transactions, Mr. Van Allen has counseled clients regarding compliance, government contracts, and litigation issues.

Mr. Van Allen is a member of the Firm’s Government Contracts and Tax Litigation Practices.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Section on Litigation.
