L. David Russell has extensive experience litigating complex matters, including partnership disputes, contract disputes, and employment disputes. He is also experienced in handling insurance coverage disputes and media and entertainment cases.
Mr. Russell is a member of several professional associations, including the Louis M. Welsh Chapter of the American Inns of Court, the American Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, among others. Mr. Russell graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2008. There, he was involved with the law school’s Exoneration and Employment Discrimination clinical projects. Mr. Russell is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Russell maintains an active pro bono practice. He has obtained temporary restraining orders for victims of domestic violence, represented pro bono clients on appeal before the United States Courts of Appeals, and represented individuals seeking asylum.
