Justin A. Maleson is an attorney in the Firm's Litigation Department.  Mr. Maleson is a member of the Firm's Technology Litigation Practice.

Mr. Maleson represents clients in complex business litigation.  His practice involves a wide range of substantive areas of the law, including commercial contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property, antitrust matters, and technology outsourcing.  Mr. Maleson also has experience in matters involving ERISA, class action defense, and civil RICO.

Mr. Maleson obtained his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2008, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.  While in law school, Mr. Maleson served as an associate editor on the Law Review, worked as a student attorney in the consumer practice and administrative advocacy clinical law programs, and was a member of the law school's ATLA trial competition team.  Mr. Maleson also spent a summer externing at the Baltimore County Office of the Public Defender.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Maleson obtained his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland in 2002.

Mr. Maleson is a member of the bars of Illinois and New Hampshire (inactive) and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.  Mr. Maleson is a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
