Joshua Rafsky focuses his practice on employee benefits and executive compensation counseling.  He has experience in a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters ranging from the benefits aspects of corporate transactions to Section 409A compliance to ERISA fiduciary obligations.

Mr. Rafsky is a member of the Firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice.  A member of the Firm’s Associate Committee, he also serves on the Associate Board of the Diversity Committee.  In 2011, the National LGBT Bar Association recognized Mr. Rafsky on its list of “Best LGBT Attorneys Under 40.”

Mr. Rafsky is active in several professional and community organizations, including Heartland Health Outreach, where he serves on the Board of Directors.  He is also the Secretary of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and is an appointed member of the Employee Benefits Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association.
