Jennifer L. Wagman concentrates in complex commercial litigation and labor and employment.  She has significant experience in the areas of entertainment, business litigation, antitrust and securities class actions.  Ms. Wagman has worked on several antitrust cases that went to jury trial, as well as a number of California state cases dealing with complex business issues.

Ms. Wagman is a member of the Firm’s Content, Media & Entertainment Practice.  She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with highest distinction in general scholarship.  In 2008, she received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and an editor of the Women’s Law Journal.  While attending law school, Ms. Wagman worked as a judicial extern for Presiding Justice Dennis M. Perluss at the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division 7.

Ms. Wagman is a member of the California Bar.  She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
