Ian N. Bushner focuses his practice on meeting the corporate and transactional needs of public and private companies with respect to capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and general corporate counseling.

Mr. Bushner represented General Motors in its $23.1 billion IPO and represented the Swiss-based life science industries supplier Lonza Group in its $1.2 billion tender offer for global biocides company Arch Chemicals.  He also regularly represents clients in a variety of real estate securities transactions.  He has experience representing clients in a number of industries, including automotive, clean energy, defense & aerospace, healthcare, investment management, real estate, and technology.  Mr. Bushner is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Hedge Fund & Investment Management, Real Estate Securities, and Securities Practices.

In addition to his private practice, Mr. Bushner maintains an active pro bono practice providing corporate representation to non-profit organizations.
