Gianni P. Servodidio represents clients in copyright, Internet, trademark, advertising and anti-piracy matters in federal and state courts nationwide. His practice focuses on the intersection of IP law, technology and the Internet. Mr. Servodidio has represented the major motion picture studios and record companies in several of the leading digital copyright infringement cases of the past decade. Clients also seek his counsel in disputes related to the protection of their Internet domain names, keyword advertising, meta-tags, deep-linking and online branding.
Legal 500 recognized Mr. Servodidio in 2011 in the area of Intellectual Property-Copyright. He was also honored with a 2007 Burton Award for Achievement in Legal Writing for his New York Law Journal article, “Keyword Advertising: The Elusive Search for Use in Commerce Over the Internet.” Mr. Servodidio is a member of the Firm’s Content, Media & Entertainment and Trademark, Advertising and Unfair Competition Practices.

Active in the community, Mr. Servodidio has served on the Advisory Council of Children For Children, a New York-based not-for-profit that promotes hands-on volunteering programs and civic engagement in children.
