Ethan A. Glickstein concentrates in complex commercial litigation and has significant experience in the areas of entertainment, business litigation, antitrust and securities class actions.  He has assisted in several antitrust cases that went to jury trial, including at a federal antitrust case in Minnesota.  Mr. Glickstein has also worked on a number of California state cases dealing with complex business issues.

Mr. Glickstein is a member of the Firm’s Content, Media & Entertainment Practice.  He graduated, cum laude, from Columbia University in 2004, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with honors.  He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California, where he served as President of the law school’s American Constitution Society.  While attending law school, Mr. Glickstein worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable J. Spencer Letts of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Glickstein is a member of the California Bar.  He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
