Jenner & Block

Erik R. Daly practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities law matters.  He is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities Practices.

Mr. Daly has represented a variety of clients in M&A and other strategic transactions, including public and private company sales and acquisitions, carve-out and split-off transactions, and joint venture arrangements as well as venture capital and co-investment transactions.  He has also provided general corporate and securities law counseling to clients in connection with securities offerings, corporate governance matters, and disclosure issues.

During law school, Mr. Daly was a participant in the Summer Honors Program at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he worked in the Enforcement Division.  Prior to joining Jenner & Block, he completed a PILI Fellowship at the Loyola University Business Law Center Clinic.
