Elaine J. Goldenberg is a litigator. She focuses on appellate matters and has represented clients in a broad range of groundbreaking cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal and state appellate courts. She also has experience in federal district courts and state trial courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations, focusing on case strategy and dispositive motions involving complex questions of law.
In 2010, Law360 named Ms. Goldenberg one of the top ten “Rising Legal Stars” under age 40 in the nation in the appellate practice area. She has briefed and argued appellate cases addressing important points of patent law, bankruptcy law, and communications law, among other topics. In 2010, she argued a statutory interpretation case in the U.S. Supreme Court and won a unanimous victory. Ms. Goldenberg is a member of the Firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court and Communications Practices.
