Christine K. Bedi is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department with experience in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law.

Ms. Bedi received her B.A., cum laude, from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2005 and her M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Illinois in 2007.  In 2010, she received her J.D., magna cum laude,  from the University of Illinois.  While attending law school, Ms. Bedi served as an editor of the Illinois Law Update section of the Illinois Bar Journal and received CALI awards for the highest grade in her Legal Research and Business Strategy courses.

Ms. Bedi maintains an active pro bono practice focused on transactional matters, including 501(c)(3) filings and contract negotiations.  Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Bedi worked at Navistar Financial Corporation as an intern in the corporation’s legal department.
