Chris Gair is a trial lawyer with broad experience in white-collar criminal defense, antitrust, and complex commercial litigation.  He has tried dozens of cases, most of them jury trials in the federal courts, and has argued many appeals in the Seventh Circuit and elsewhere.  He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

His recent trials include successfully defending a high-frequency trader in a half-billion dollar trade secret infringement case and representing the lead defendant in the largest criminal tax fraud trial in U.S. history.  Besides trial work, his practice also focuses on internal investigations for corporations and government entities, drawing on his years of experience as a federal prosecutor in Chicago.
