Anna Barreiro Sutti has experience in such matters as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities offerings.
A member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice, she has counseled public and private corporations in a variety of transactions. She served on the teams that represented General Dynamics and Honeywell in recent divestitures and acquisitions. Ms. Sutti also advised The Hertz Corporation in several Rule 144A private placements and its Secondary Offering of 50,000,000 shares of common stock.
Her active pro bono practice includes transactional work related to incorporations. She has also represented clients in an affirmative asylum application and a human trafficking case. During law school, Ms. Sutti worked as an extern for the Legal Assistance Foundation -- Immigration Project. She also served as a research assistant for Professor Cynthia Ho, Director of Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s Intellectual Property and Technology Program.
