Amy M. Gallegos is a litigator who has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, with special emphasis on the entertainment and media industries.  She is well-versed in Internet Law, and experienced in matters involving copyright infringement, licensing, intellectual property disputes, unfair competition, and antitrust.

Ms. Gallegos has also defended employers against charges of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other violations of state and federal employment laws.  She has represented clients in state and federal trial courts, as well as in numerous arbitrations, and she has substantial experience in appellate matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Courts of Appeal.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Gallegos was a partner at a large international law firm.  During law school, Ms. Gallegos served as an editor of the UCLA Law Review.
