On March 29, Jenner & Block Partner Paul M. Smith argued the Respondents’ position in Norton v. Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, et al (No. 03-101), a U.S. Supreme Court case that could significantly impact conservationists’ ability to go to court to compel government agencies to protect endangered wilderness areas.
As a public service, Jenner & Block has created this online depository of many of the court documents and amicus briefs filed with the U.S. Supreme Court in this case.
