Jenner & Block’s Environmental and Workplace Health & Safety Law Practice publishes the Corporate Environmental Lawyer Blog, at environblog.jenner.com.  The blog covers fast-breaking and newly emerging legal issues affecting all aspects of environmental and workplace exposure issues including air pollution regulation; water resources and quality, climate change; hazardous materials; toxic torts; the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
