Associate Ravi S. Shankar spoke at the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals’ 2012 Outsourcing World Summit on February 21, 2012. Mr. Shankar spoke on two market research reports he authored titled “2010 State of the Indian LPO Sector” and “2011 State of the Legal Outsourcing Sector,” and the need for more market research to assist in guiding vendor and customer decisions in the legal outsourcing industry.
Mr. Shankar is an associate in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining Jenner & Block in 2011, Mr. Shankar worked at a business process outsourcing company in India and administered a survey to leading legal outsourcing providers. Mr. Shankar is also part of several professional and community organizations, including the Indo-American Center, where he currently serves on the Board.
