    • Formation of North American Breweries: Represented KPS Capital Partners, LP in its formation of North American Breweries, Inc. a national platform for investments and growth in the beer and malt beverage industries
    • Ventas Jury Verdict: Secured a $101 million federal court jury verdict for leading healthcare real estate investment trust Ventas
    • Qui Tam: Secured dismissal of a $90 million qui tam action brought against Olin Corporation
    • Consolidated Industries: Achieved successful rulings and a $69.5 million settlement in a lengthy fradulent transfer case for the bankruptcy trustee of Consolidated Industries
    • Landmark Civil Rights Challenge: Pioneered a pro bono challenge of racial inequity in the State of Illinois' educational funding scheme
